Great winter oyster mushroom, steel blue pins slowly change into silvery grey as the cap matures. The shape is classic Oyster; graceful stem with a shell-shaped cap, sturdy, and a good shipper. Outdoor fruiting period from late summer through freeze up in the fall. Fruiting temperature: 50-65° F.

All cultures are from our sterile lab. You will receive 10cc 100% CLEAN actively growing mycelium in a liquid solution along with everything you need to inoculate your substrate.
